Job Description:Supervise the implementation of administrative decisions issued by the direct supervisor and organize daily mail and appointments. You will carry out administrative tasks related to the workflow and coordinate meetings.
Responsibilities:- Implement administrative instructions and follow up on decisions.
- Open and sort paper and electronic mail and respond to it.
- Carry out typing tasks and respond to phone inquiries.
- Organize the direct supervisor's meetings and document their minutes.
Qualifications:The applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Management Information Systems
- Executive Secretarial
Required Skills:- Advanced management and organization
- Scheduling visits
- Advanced writing
- Time management
- Arabic language
