📌 Main Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision of the workflow in the dining room and kitchen to ensure service quality.

• Preparing staff work schedules, distributing tasks, and training new team members.

• Monitoring inventory, ordering shortages, and controlling operating costs.

• Dealing with customer complaints and solving immediate problems flexibly and professionally.

• Supervising daily closing operations and matching sales reports (POS).
