Join the Shangri-La Jeddah team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and orderliness. As part of a dynamic and dedicated team, you will contribute to creating a luxury experience for our guests.

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Executive Housekeeper, you will assist in directing and controlling all housekeeping activities. Your responsibilities include:
  • Recording and reporting items that require repair.
  • Submitting recommendations for maintenance and improvements.
  • Coordinating with Engineering for necessary repairs.
  • Ensuring compliance with grooming standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Assisting in the housekeeping coordination as needed.

What We Are Looking For
You should have:
  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a five-star hotel.
  • High proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Strong computer skills and effective training abilities.
  • Willingness to work extended hours.
