We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity at Advanced Metal Industries Co. (AMIC), an affiliate of Tasnee, for the role of Executive Secretary – Metallurgy, based in Jeddah.

About Us:
AMIC operates within the materials sector focusing on metals and is dedicated to leading innovation in our field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the EVP office activities, manage the office schedule, and organize meetings.
  • Communicate and coordinate instructions and requests from various departments and external agencies.
  • Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations for senior management and board meetings.
  • Participate in business events and represent AMIC in a professional manner.
  • Manage correspondence, notes, and document archiving.
  • Schedule appointments, manage travel arrangements, and maintain office records.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Diploma or certificate in Office Management.

Experience:
10 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree holders or 15 years for Diploma holders is desirable.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Time & Calendar Management
  • Effective Bilingual Communication (English & Arabic)
  • Office Software Proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Event Coordination & Representation

Work Nature:
5 Working Days - 8 Hours per day.
