We are the proud creators of Brioché Gourmet Eatery, Mudakhan, and many other innovative food concepts. Additionally, we provide consultancy for food and beverage business development and concept creation, with exciting projects in Jeddah, Taif, Madinah, and Riyadh.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Line Chef in Jeddah. The successful candidate will prepare high-quality dishes, maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to food safety standards, collaborate with the kitchen team for timely food production, and assist in menu planning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work station.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team for efficient food production.
  • Assist in developing and planning the menu.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative approach to food presentation.
  • Previous experience as a Line Chef is preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing culinary operations in key cities or resort destinations.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • High professionalism with strong human resource and business skills.
