Job Title:
Human Resources Officer

General Objective:
Ensure the execution of all human resources procedures and services efficiently and support employees throughout their employment lifecycle, achieving the company's goals and promoting a productive work environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process: posting ads, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and issuing job offers.

  • Prepare employment contracts and monthly payrolls according to the Saudi labor law.

  • Monitor attendance and departure as well as vacations, and update records in the human resources system.

  • Coordinate training and development programs and conduct annual performance evaluations.

  • Manage discipline files: warnings, violations, and terminations, while adhering to legal procedures.

  • Provide support and consultations to employees regarding their job-related issues (vacations, insurance, promotions).

  • Prepare periodic reports (employee turnover rate, vacation percentages, performance indicators).

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.

  • Good knowledge of the Saudi labor law and regulations of the human resources office.
