We are seeking a reliable and proactive HR & Government Relations Clerk to support our human resources and administrative operations, with a strong focus on government-related follow-ups and employee services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit and coordinate with Saudi government entities for:

    • Traffic accident follow-ups

    • Passport (Jawazat) updates

    • Work permit, Iqama, and labor-related issues

    • Any employee-related government matters

  • Handle government platforms, including but not limited to:

    • Qiwa

    • Muqeem

    • Absher Business

    • Other relevant portals

  • Support labor accommodation management, including:

    • Monitoring accommodation contracts and expiry dates

    • Assisting in finding suitable labor accommodations

    • Coordinating with landlords and accommodation providers

  • Assist the HR department with:

    • Employee documentation and record keeping

    • Drafting basic letters and official correspondence (English)

    • Data entry and administrative support

  • Follow up on issues until resolution and maintain proper records.

Requirements:

  • Basic to good English reading and writing skills (must be able to draft simple official letters)

  • Familiarity with Saudi government procedures and offices

  • Willingness and ability to travel to government offices as required

  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently

  • Prior experience in HR support, government relations, or admin roles is preferred

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: SAR 4,000 per month

  • Other benefits as per Saudi Labor Law

  • Good knowledge of human resources systems and related regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to train, develop, and follow up on job performance.
  • High communication skills, excellent organization, and effective time management.
  • Proficiency in using electronic recruitment platforms and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work remotely independently and professionally.
