About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is vital in supporting various HR functions, including employee services, onboarding and offboarding, and employee relations, while ensuring smooth HR operations and delivering high-quality support to all staff in alignment with our educational mission.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality employee services by responding to staff inquiries and providing timely support across HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are consistently updated in compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience from entry to exit.
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations matters, offering guidance on HR policies and contributing to a respectful and compliant work environment.

Requirements:
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Objective:
