Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudis aimed at developing graduates with diplomas/bachelor's degrees or higher and providing them with practical field experience.

About the Role
The HR Trainee will support the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, HR operations and projects, and administrative tasks. This program provides hands-on experience in the HR field and exposure to various HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, update employee information, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, supporting process improvements and organizational development efforts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Industry Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
