Job: HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist with operational experience to reset the current system (Leaves – Residences – Salaries – Bridge System) within a company operating in the multi-branch restaurant sector.

Main tasks:
  • Review and correct employee data in the Bridge System
  • Adjust leaves and link them to actual execution
  • Proactively follow up on residences and renewals
  • Adjust salaries and allowances
  • Prepare weekly HR reports
  • Coordinate with the finance department
  • Supervise HR coordinators

Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of experience in human resources
  • Experience in restaurants or multi-branch companies is preferred
  • Experience in the Bridge System or HR systems
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws

Preferred qualifications:
  • Certificates such as CIPD, CHRP, or HRCI
  • Or courses in (Bridge / Modad / Social Insurance / Tamheer / Hadaf)

Additional information:
Salary: 6000 SAR including medical insurance (social insurance deductions apply as per regulations).
