Join Hilton as a Pastry Chef! As a Pastry Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional culinary experience to our guests. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you will manage the pastry section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality production and creativity in all dessert offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the pastry section ensuring excellent quality of desserts
  • Supervise and coordinate pastry and dessert preparation
  • Plan production to meet daily demands
  • Create seasonal menu offerings
  • Manage food cost controls and ensure compliance with food hygiene and health regulations

What We Are Looking For:Successful applicants will have at least 2 years’ experience in high-volume food production as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role. Strong supervisory skills and a creative approach to pastry are essential. A valid trade qualification and excellent communication skills are also required.
