We are recruiting for one of the leading food manufacturing companies in Jeddah. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within a meat processing facility, ensuring efficient production while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and monitor audit outcomes.
  • Participate in corrective and preventive actions related to KPIs and operational gaps.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and training.
  • Manage production KPIs through daily and monthly meetings.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment adhering to HSE standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation and training of operators.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety improvements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in food/meat production, with at least 3 in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of food safety systems and quality standards.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing and KPI management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and problem-solving tools.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience:
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.
