About the Role:
Umm Al Qura for Development & Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to support our Procurement & Tendering Department. Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • Knowledge of procurement principles, tendering procedures, and contract basics.
  • Experience in real estate development is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
