Job Summary:
The restaurant manager is responsible for the full supervision of the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, ensuring customer satisfaction, controlling costs, and achieving financial goals. The restaurant manager works to enhance the reputation of the restaurant and ensure high-quality service and outstanding products.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of daily operations:
    • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure work efficiency.
    • Ensure the application of quality and food safety standards.
    • Follow up on the implementation of approved policies and procedures.
  • Staff Management:
    • Hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
    • Distributing tasks to staff and ensuring their proper execution.
    • Motivating staff and creating a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensuring exceptional customer service and positive feedback.
    • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
    • Enhancing customer experience and ensuring their return to the restaurant.
  • Financial Management:
    • Preparing budgets and controlling costs.
    • Monitoring revenues and expenses and ensuring targeted profits are achieved.
    • Managing inventory and monitoring raw material levels.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Participating in developing marketing and promotional plans for the restaurant.
    • Enhancing the restaurant's presence on social media and attracting new customers.
    • Organizing events and promotional offers to increase sales.
  • Development and Improvement:
    • Analyzing restaurant performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
    • Developing menus and offers that align with customer preferences.
    • Following up on market trends and competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: A university degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
