We are looking for a dynamic and experienced restaurant manager to take responsibility for the daily operations of our luxury restaurant.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, leading an enthusiastic team, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Operations Management:
  • Supervising daily front and back-of-house operations in accordance with established operating standards and cleanliness standards.
  • Ensuring smooth restaurant opening and closing procedures.
  • Resolving customer complaints and maintaining high service quality.
  • Monitoring inventory, waste, and cost controls to ensure budget goals are met.
  • Coordinating purchasing and kitchen processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Team Management:
  • Leading, training, and motivating back and front-of-house teams.
  • Preparing weekly schedules and managing staffing needs.
  • Conducting briefings and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinating with human resources regarding recruitment, training, leave, and disciplinary procedures.

Financial Oversight:
  • Contributing to the preparation and management of the annual budget.
  • Monitoring daily sales reports, guest bills, and discounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial procedures and cash handling policies.
  • Driving profitability through upselling and portion control.

Guest Experience:
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and interaction based on their feedback.
  • Ensuring prompt and professional service from guest arrival to departure.
  • Anticipating guest needs and building lasting relationships with VIP customers.

Administrative Tasks:
  • Completing daily reports and providing monthly operational reviews.
  • Maintaining effective communication with senior management regarding goals and challenges.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of schedules, incidents, and reports.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager (at least 5 years in a similar role).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of service operations and standards, and cleanliness standards.
  • Good understanding of point-of-sale systems, budgeting, and inventory control.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
