Alawaly Real Estate is seeking a proactive and motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. As a Telesales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process by communicating with potential clients and qualifying their interest in our real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries generated from marketing campaigns and social media.
• Make outbound calls to prospects to qualify their interest and introduce relevant products.
• Receive incoming calls via our customer service number and update lead statuses in our CRM system.
• Schedule field visits and coordinate with the Direct Sales Team for smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up with potential clients.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Understanding of company products and offerings.
• Quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience in real estate or telesales.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• High school diploma or higher.

• Support daily cleaning and maintenance of the water facilities.
• Assist guests with needs or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid (valid certification required).
• Previous lifeguarding experience, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
• Strong swimming skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Attentive, responsible, and proactive with excellent observation skills.
• Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset.
• Willing to work outdoors and flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guest and other hotel laundry is processed quickly and efficiently, in line with the laundry requirements of each item and the SOPs of the hotel.
• Control chemical and laundry supplies consumption and ensure safe usage of chemicals.
• Operate the laundry machines following the provided instructions, including weight limits and other specifications.
• Sort all linens to be laundered by grouping them with similar items in terms of usage and color.
• Promptly retrieve all laundry items from guest rooms as necessary.
• Segregate guest laundry into categories for dry cleaning, pressing, or washing, and forward them to the appropriate department.
• Ensure that all guest laundry items are correctly processed before returning them to the rooms.
• Deliver guest laundry to rooms while respecting any 'Do Not Disturb' requests from guests.
• Submit billing details to the cashiering department before the end of the shift.
• Perform any additional duties as required for operational smoothness.
