Job Advertisement - Real Estate Sales Manager
A real estate development company is looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales department and achieve revenue growth through a strong network of relationships and practical experience in the real estate market.
 Job Responsibilities:
- Forming and leading a work team and managing the sales department to achieve monthly and annual targets  
- Building and expanding a network of real estate marketers and brokerage firms 
- Managing the current client base and attracting new clients  
- Developing and implementing sales and pricing plans in collaboration with management  
- Following up on sales operations until deals are completed  
- Preparing periodic reports on performance and results  
Requirements:
- Experience of no less than 3 years in real estate sales  
- A strong network of relationships with marketers and investors  
- A clear sales record in numbers  
- Ability to lead a team and achieve goals  
- High negotiation skills and closing deals

  • Experience in luxury retail is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
