Role Purpose:
Responsible for achieving sales volume and revenue by directly selling in the assigned modern trade accounts, as per plan. Your role will involve providing high-quality customer service through effective communication and rapport building, while booking sales orders using a designated handheld device.

Accountabilities:
  • Sell and execute all products in assigned accounts to meet sales volumes and distribution targets.
  • Implement the cascaded plan at the account level to ensure the achievement of sales volumes and distribution targets.
  • Maintain adherence to Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) limits set by Finance by meeting monthly collection plan targets.
  • Ensure that pricing guidelines are fully executed.
  • Provide regular updates on market events and competitive insights to support the development and execution of tactical responses.
  • Maintain visibility of sales performance by updating daily performance scoreboards for volume, distribution, and execution.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of frontline sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driving license.
