About the JobThe Quality Control Operator is a vital role at Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company, responsible for ensuring the quality of syrup production and compliance with safety standards in our state-of-the-art facility. This position plays a crucial part in maintaining the high quality of our beverages, including popular brands such as Pepsi and Tropicana.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain the syrup room and CIP room, ensuring proper syrup preparation and analysis.
- Prepare syrup batches as per the syrup plan based on production requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
- Monitor and record essential plant data, including temperatures and quantities.
- Assist with tank sanitation and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
- Handle job requests for maintenance of equipment and maintain good housekeeping.
Qualifications- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Chemistry.
- No prior experience required (03 years).
- Familiarity with syrup preparation technology and food safety norms.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of bottling, beverage, or FMCG experience is a plus.
