HR Specialist to join our team at Khuzaima Travel & Tourism Agency in Medina. In this role, you will support HR operations and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. Collaborate with various departments to promote a productive, professional, and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem).
- Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding processes, and exit documentation.
- Ensure legal compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies.
- Track attendance, leaves, and overtime; coordinate with payroll.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Coordinate with government platforms and manage visa/work permit processes.
- Participate in employee engagement and workplace culture programs.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Solid knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR government platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
