Are you a passionate individual with a knack for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking dynamic housekeeping professionals who excel in team supervision and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants to meet operational objectives.
  • Prepare job assignments and issue necessary keys and supplies.
  • Attend daily meetings to receive special instructions.
  • Inspect cleaned areas and ensure adequate room supplies.
  • Handle special guest requests and follow up on their completion.
  • Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants, reporting on performance.

Qualifications & Experience:
You should ideally possess a diploma in hospitality or vocational training along with minor supervisory experience in a hotel’s housekeeping department. Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with Opera system is a plus.

Qualifications:
You should ideally have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality with previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel.

Skills Required:
  • Good command of written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera are advantageous.
  • Understanding of hotel operations and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
