Role Overview: Join Rama Medical Group as a Customer Care Supervisor and play a key role in overseeing daily operations of our call center. Your leadership will help ensure the highest standards of customer service are met and maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations: Monitor performance of call center representatives and distribute daily tasks.
  • Ensure team adherence to work schedules and company policies.
  • Handle complex or escalated customer complaints effectively.
  • Achieve performance goals: Track KPIs such as response time, call completion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic reports summarizing statistics and performance for management.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor new employees, conducting regular performance assessments and providing constructive feedback.
  • Improve service quality: Evaluate customer calls to ensure quality and professionalism.
  • Suggest and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other departments to efficiently resolve customer issues.
  • Participate in management meetings and contribute to the strategic planning of the call center.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a call center, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and call center software.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
