Join PwC as an Executive Assistant in Jeddah, Makkah.

At PwC, our people in property management focus on providing strategic advice and solutions for clients in the real estate industry, helping them optimise their property portfolios and maximise returns. This role involves the management of physical assets and properties owned or leased by the Firm or clients related to business operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Financial: Adhere to budget.
  • Customer Management:
    • Extensive management of online diaries.
    • Book appointments and arrange meetings.
    • Ensure executives get to meetings on time with appropriate documentation.
    • Handle and screen calls for executives and manage emails.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain and build good working relationships with executives, clients, and their assistants.
  • Internal Processes: Organise meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions as necessary.
  • General Administration: Proofread and finalise documents, keep contact databases updated.

Learning and Growth:
  • Exercise confidentiality and discretion.
  • Comply with PwC policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the organisation of PwC events as needed.
