Join Rotana Hotels as an Executive Secretary!
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual with exceptional communication skills, dedicated to delivering extraordinary levels of service and providing creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a full range of executive secretarial and administrative support activities for the General Manager.
  • Ensure all outgoing correspondence is typed, proofread, and dispatched to the highest possible standard.
  • Compose and prepare routine correspondence, including the simple interpretation of documents when requested.
  • Review and prioritize incoming mail for the General Manager.
  • Organize and maintain the calendar to facilitate appointments and meetings.
  • Establish and maintain records and databases of business contacts.
  • Attend meetings, record, write and distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Organize travel and external business trips on behalf of the General Manager.

Education & Qualifications:
You should ideally have a college diploma in secretarial training with relevant previous experiences. Fluency in English, along with sufficient typing skills (60 wpm) is essential.

Knowledge & Competencies:
The ideal candidate will be courteous, discreet, and capable of dealing with confidential matters. You are expected to work well under pressure, be proactive and have a concern for quality, with competencies in hotel operations, effective communication, planning for business, and teamwork.
