Qualifications:
- Culinary skills and experience in cooking techniques.
- Expertise in menu development and utilizing local ingredients.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in inventory management and supplier coordination.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in healthy, organic culinary settings is a plus.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
