Role Description
The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting and executing daily human resources operations, which include:
  • Recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Employee relations, including handling matters related to leave, attendance, and exits
  • Contracts and payroll coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
