Join our team as a Sales Manager!
We are a leading ready-mix concrete factory in Riyadh, providing integrated solutions for the contracting sector and residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a professional and deeply experienced Sales Manager in the ready-mix concrete sector to lead the sales team and develop effective strategies to increase sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the ready-mix concrete sector.
  • Lead and develop the sales team, monitor their performance, and achieve targets.
  • Build strategic relationships with contracting companies and real estate developers.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements and follow up on their implementation.
  • Analyze the market and competitors and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management on performance and sales.
  • Coordinate with production, operations, quality, and marketing departments to ensure compliance with deadlines and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience of not less than 8 – 12 years in the field of ready-mix concrete sales.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales Department in a concrete factory.
  • Strong knowledge of the contracting market and projects in Riyadh.
  • Strong network of relationships with contracting companies and developers.
  • High negotiation skills and closing deals and team management.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and report preparation.
  • Valid driving license.

  • Ability to travel frequently within KSA (30-40% of the time).
  • Valid KSA driving license and Iqama with transferable option for non saudi.
  • Experience in Wholesale/Distribution/Chemical industry is preferred.
