for a Customer Service Employee from People with Disabilities to work in the company in Al-Yarmouk district

Qualifications and Experiences:

* The applicant must be a person with disabilities and hold a valid disability certificate

* High school certificate as a minimum

* Excellent communication skills and tact in dealing with customers

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Proficiency in using computers and office programs

* Previous experience in customer service (preferred)

* Proficiency in English (preferred)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Responding to customer inquiries and providing necessary support

* Receiving and processing customer complaints

* Following up on customer requests and ensuring their satisfaction

* Contributing to improving the quality of services provided to customers

* Entering customer data into the system

* Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

NANA

Communicate with customers through calls and chats.
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
Handling Customers complaints.
Identify and help solve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and. ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
Handling customer’s surveys upon need.
Minimum Education: Diploma.
Has experience of 1+ Years in handling customer tickets and chat support
Professional Multi-tasker (worked in a company where you handle multiple tasks at the same time)
Prior experience in customer service is a MUST
Able to use CRMs.
