Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals in alignment with local employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns

Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality (mandatory)
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Proven customer support experience is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume inquiries
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred
