Role Objective
Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the executive leadership team. As the successful candidate, you will act as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper, ensuring seamless daily operations and efficient communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, arrange travel, and organize high-level meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes.
  • Communication & Confidentiality: Act as the primary liaison, handling correspondence in Arabic and English and managing sensitive documentation securely.
  • Operational Liaison: Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 5-6 years of executive support experience within the target industries.
  • Language & Education: Bilingual (Arabic/English) proficiency and a relevant Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite and digital tools.
  • Preferred: Saudi.

  • Strong organizational skills, discretion, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong personality with leadership qualities and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
