As an Executive Sous Chef, you will play a critical role in contributing to menu creation and managing the kitchen brigade to ensure an exceptional Guest and Member experience. Your leadership will set the tone for an environment that values quality and consistency in our dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to menu creation.
  • Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a motivated team.
  • Ensure consistency in dish quality at all times.
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing customer relations when necessary.
  • Manage working rotas to meet business needs.
  • Support brand standards through team training and assessment.
  • Manage food cost controls to enhance Food and Beverage revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

To successfully fill this role, you should have:

  • Strong experience as a Junior Sous Chef or previous Sous Chef.
  • Creativity in food presentation.
  • Strong supervisory and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high customer service standards.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.

Work Conditions:

This position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
