Job Title:

Payroll Specialist

Job Objective:

To ensure the accurate and timely execution and processing of all payroll tasks and procedures, fully complying with Saudi labor laws, and efficiently using the Jisr system to manage payroll and employees.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately according to internal policies and Saudi labor law.

  • Use the Jisr system to input and update employee data periodically.

  • Review attendance, departure, and leave records through the system and ensure their accuracy before calculating salaries.

  • Calculate allowances, deductions, end-of-service benefits, and vacation compensations accurately.

  • Ensure full compliance with social insurance systems (GOSI) and the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority.

  • Prepare monthly and annual reports related to salaries and entitlements for management and government entities.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries in a professional and confidential manner.

  • Support the HR department in auditing and financial review processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources.

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years in the payroll field within Saudi Arabia.

  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

  • Skills:

    • Thorough understanding of Saudi labor law and social insurance system.

    • Practical experience in the Jisr system is a prerequisite.

    • High accuracy in calculations and data entry.

    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

    • Ensuring the application of Saudi labor law and the company's internal regulations.

    • Following up on disciplinary cases and internal investigations and making recommendations.

  7. Occupational Health and Safety:

    • Cooperating with the safety department to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
