The candidate must be proficient in both Arabic and English, with a high ability to communicate and master Microsoft Office programs. The main tasks include: • Managing recruitment and hiring processes completely • Following up on employees' affairs and their files • Preparing and implementing training and development programs • Managing the payroll and benefits system • Applying human resources policies and procedures • Preparing periodic reports related to human resources • Coordinating with various departments to meet their staffing needs • Contributing to the development of the work environment and improving employee satisfaction.
