A secretary and a human resources employee are required to work in a prestigious company, with at least 3 years of experience in the field of human resources and a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or equivalent. The candidate must be able to work within a team and under pressure, with proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written. The main tasks include:
• Managing the recruitment and hiring processes completely
• Following up on employee affairs and their files
• Preparing and implementing training and development programs
• Managing the salary and benefits system
• Monitoring employee performance evaluations
• Dealing with labor issues and resolving disputes
• Preparing periodic reports related to human resources
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and the company's internal policies.

Requirements
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
