Human Resources Clerk

A human resources employee is required to work in a leading company in the field of engineering consulting and contracting. It is required that the candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent, with at least two years of experience in the same field. The main tasks include: managing recruitment and training processes, preparing and developing internal policies and regulations, following up on employee affairs, and managing performance, coordinating with relevant government agencies. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work within a team, and proficiency in using human resources software and computers.

A human resources employee is required to work in a prestigious company, with at least 3 years of experience in the field of human resources and holding a bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources. The candidate must be proficient in both Arabic and English, with a high ability to communicate and master Microsoft Office programs. The main tasks include: • Managing recruitment and hiring processes completely • Following up on employees' affairs and their files • Preparing and implementing training and development programs • Managing the payroll and benefits system • Applying human resources policies and procedures • Preparing periodic reports related to human resources • Coordinating with various departments to meet their staffing needs • Contributing to the development of the work environment and improving employee satisfaction.

HR Employee (Saudi) or (Saudi woman). With experience of no less than two years. Proficient in English (writing and speaking) and has excellent computer skills. The work hours start from 8 AM to 5 PM. Each year there is an additional salary as well as an annual increase of 5% of the basic salary.
