Join Unified Real Estate Development Company as an HR Specialist!
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled HR Specialist to manage our HR operations while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies. As part of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our growth and development in the exciting retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Oversee onboarding, promotions, contracts, and offboarding processes.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure alignment with Saudi Labor Law and maintain compliance calendars.
  • Government Platforms: Manage HR-related platforms including Qiwa and Muqeem.
  • Saudization Programs: Support targeted hiring, internships, and training for Saudi nationals.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and manage workplace concerns.
  • HR Reporting: Generate reports concerning Saudization and training participation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi HR regulations and practical application.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
