Job Description:
Al-Tebyan Factory for Sponge and Mattresses announces its need for a Human Resources Specialist with at least five years of experience in managing employee affairs and organizing administrative processes. The candidate will implement human resources policies, ensure smooth daily operations efficiently, and contribute to developing a professional and organized work environment that enhances performance and job satisfaction.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes from announcement to the onboarding of the new employee.
- Prepare and document employment contracts on approved government platforms.
- Maintain and update employee files both physically and electronically.
- Monitor attendance, departure, and vacations according to company policies.
- Prepare monthly salary statements and review allowances and deductions.
- Implement end-of-service procedures and settle final entitlements.
- Follow up on annual performance evaluations and document promotions and bonuses.
- Contribute to preparing the organizational structure and job descriptions.
- Prepare monthly reports on human resources indicators.
- Organize internal and external training and development programs.
- Deal with government entities and follow up on official procedures.
- Participate in salary and benefits analysis and prepare the annual budget for human resources.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Practical experience of no less than five years in human resources within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law and government platforms such as Qiwa, Social Insurance, and Madad.
- Proficiency in using electronic human resources software such as (Odoo, Zoho, Bamboo, etc.).
- Proficiency in using task management and performance tracking software such as (Trello, Monday, Asana) as an example.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
- High skills in communication, organization, and accuracy in work.
- Proactive and organized personality, capable of taking responsibility and working within a team.
