Join Fuel Professional Consulting as a Human Resources Specialist (HR Specialist). In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the HR functions in our Riyadh office. We are looking for an individual with experience in HR operations, compliance, and employee management, who is passionate about fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • HR Operations: Oversee employee lifecycle processes from hiring to termination while maintaining confidential records.
  • Attendance, Leave & Discipline: Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with policies through HR systems.
  • Payroll Coordination: Prepare monthly payroll and manage all payroll-related documentation.
  • Government Platforms & Compliance: Handle employee records on Qiwa, GOSI, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Policies & Governance: Develop and update HR policies, ensuring adherence to Saudi Labor Law updates.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and maintain necessary records.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll and government platforms.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
