HR Specialist

📝 Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Specialist with practical experience in a tech company environment to manage and execute all HR activities. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment processes, monitoring performance systems, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and Saudi regulations through government platforms.

🎯 Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process (advertising, screening, interviews, job offers).

  • Supervise daily HR operations, such as attendance and departure, contracts, promotions, and terminations.

  • Follow up on dealings with government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, social insurance, Muqeem, Tamheer, etc.).

  • Prepare and update policies and procedures in line with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development regulations.

  • Manage digital HR systems (HRMS/HRIS) and use modern recruiting tools.

  • Support employees and management in all HR-related issues to ensure a professional work environment.

  • Prepare regular HR reports (turnover rates, hiring, absence, etc.).

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and laws.

🛠 Requirements:

  • Practical experience of at least

    Proficiency in English (writing and speaking).

  • Practical knowledge of digital HR systems and recruiting tools.

  • Practical experience dealing with Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, insurance, etc.).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with various job levels.

🎓 Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications such as:

    • CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).

    • SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management).

    • PHR/SPHR (Professional in Human Resources).

  • A certification in digital HR management or HRMS/HRIS systems is preferred.

  • Familiarity with the Odoo system.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor laws.
  • Strong communication skills, high organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
