At Arla Foods, we believe strong people practices create strong performance. As Senior HR Specialist, you will act as HR expert and trusted advisor supporting our MENA Supply Chain organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own and govern the end to end People Cycle including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and development planning.
  • Lead annual salary review planning, ensuring fairness, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
  • Act as policy owner for HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and consistent application.
  • Provide strategic advisory support to leaders on organization design, workforce planning, talent risk, and employee relations.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits governance, benchmarking, and reward frameworks.
  • Lead key HR projects and initiatives including policy updates, workforce analytics, and HR system improvements.
  • Deliver HR insights and analytics to support data driven decision making.

Your Profile
  • Minimum 6 to 7 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to People Cycle, compensation, benefits, and HR advisory.
  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, governance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience in a multinational and matrix environment, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
