Your leadership will ensure daily operations run smoothly, managing post-sales processes while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans aligned with company goals and performance targets.
  • Oversee the procurement, warehousing, and logistics departments, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes from purchase orders to final delivery.
  • Supervise local and international suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate after-sales service operations and monitor service quality.
  • Analyze operational data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and manage ERP/CRM system integrations.
  • Monitor KPIs such as delivery rates and service quality.
  • Ensure collaboration across sales, finance, and customer service teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams to maintain high performance standards.

  • Certified PMP or equivalent in project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, infrastructure, and buildings within the Kingdom.
  • Proficiency in engineering and management software (Primavera – AutoCAD – MS Project – Excel – ERP Systems).
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, tenders, cost estimation, and procurement management.
  • Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with the ability to transfer sponsorship.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
