Join Stryker as an Operations Manager for our GTM markets!
Located in Riyadh or Dubai, you will play a crucial role in the Operations Leadership team. Your primary responsibility will encompass overseeing all operational activities across KSA and UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective operations strategies tailored for the assigned markets.
  • Manage operational activities to ensure the best talent is sourced and developed.
  • Identify process improvements and sustain breakthrough solutions.
  • Direct work projects based on customer and market needs analysis.
  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with various functions including Commercial, RAQA, and Finance.
  • Lead integration projects for relevant mergers or acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and KPI achievement.

What You Need:
  • A degree in Business or Logistics or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including logistics or warehouse management and customer-facing roles.
  • 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools is desirable.

Position Overview

As a Project/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational and project-related activities within our organization.   • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Work with development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure quality software releases.
  • Assist with system related documentation.
  • Oversee and manage support related issues post project go live.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and assess their impact on business operations.

What You Bring To The Role
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, operations management, project management, or a similar role, ideally in the ticketing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing ticketing technology projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and resource allocation principles.
  • Willingness to work holidays, nights, and weekends as needed.

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Arabic speaker is a plus.
  • Experience in the entertainment, sports, or events industry is a plus.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
