Responsible for developing and implementing quality systems and policies within the organization, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, in addition to monitoring the audit processes and continuous improvement to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: • Developing and supervising the implementation of quality plans and programs. • Monitoring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Conducting internal audits and reporting the results to senior management. • Analyzing quality-related data and issuing performance indicators (KPIs). • Working on handling complaints and feedback and analyzing their root causes. • Promoting a culture of quality and implementing training programs for employees. • Proposing and implementing initiatives for continuous improvement in processes and services. • Following up on the application of requirements from regulatory authorities and standards (ISO, CBAHI, or others depending on the sector). • Coordinating with various departments to achieve quality objectives. • Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to management to support decision-making.

Position Overview:

  • Ability to work flexible hours when required.
  • Fluency in Arabic (English preferred).
