Receiving Visitors and Clients:

  • Welcoming visitors with a smile and professionalism.
  • Directing them to the appropriate department or employee.
  • Recording visitor information (in some security or official places).

Answering Phone Calls:

  • Receiving and transferring calls to the appropriate employees or departments.
  • Taking messages when the concerned parties are absent.

Responding to General Inquiries:

  • Answering frequently asked questions from visitors or callers.
  • Providing general information about the organization and its services.

Organizing Appointments and Meetings:

  • Scheduling appointments for the manager or team as requested.
  • Managing the calendar of meetings and room bookings (if requested).

Managing Mail and Correspondence:

  • Receiving mail and parcels and distributing them.



Requirements

  • For Saudis Only
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Beginner in English
