Role Overview:
This full-time position is based on-site in Riyadh. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining our food quality standards. Key duties include:
  • Managing staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen for food preparation and quality.
  • Hiring and training new staff as needed.
  • Maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing stock effectively.
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications:
