Riyadh Luxury Apartments Company announces its need for a Sales and Business Development Manager with experience in the real estate and hotel apartments field, who will be responsible for attracting new contracts for buildings and hotel apartments, in addition to marketing the company's units, increasing occupancy rates, and achieving continuous business growth.

Job Responsibilities
Searching for new expansion opportunities by attracting building and apartment owners and entering into operating or leasing agreements for the benefit of the company.
Negotiating with property owners to finalize operating, management, or leasing contracts for buildings and hotel apartments.
Developing strong relationships with property owners and investors in the real estate sector.
Marketing the company's apartments and buildings and increasing occupancy rates.
Formulating plans and strategies to increase sales and revenues.
Monitoring the real estate market and analyzing suitable investment opportunities for the company.
Coordinating with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns and attract clients.
Preparing regular reports on sales, new contracts, and expansion opportunities.
Achieving sales targets set by the management.

Requirements
Experience in sales or business development in the real estate or hotel apartment sector.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade property owners.
Ability to build long-term relationships and partnerships.
