Join IHG Hotels & Resorts as a Sales Manager!
We are looking for a motivated individual to manage and enhance our sales strategies to exceed revenue goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit new and existing accounts through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, and written communication.
  • Maximize revenue by selling all hotel facets to clients.
  • Prepare and document all solicitation and closing activities, ensuring thorough handling of account details.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure high-quality service for clients.
  • Participate in daily business review meetings, pre-convention meetings, and sales training.
  • Attend trade shows and community events to stay updated on market trends.

What We Expect from You:
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality sales is required.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff.
  • Ability to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate effectively under tight deadlines.
