About the Role: To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in the assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve the distribution target on a week-to-week basis in all trade channels as per the recommended product portfolio to optimize sales & increase market share.
  • Monitor and ensure that the orders of all products are in line with market demand to control wastage & optimize sales.
  • Ensure that all customers comply with company credit policy to avoid any financial loss.
  • Make sure all employees adhere to Almarai quality & safety policy to ensure product quality & employee safety.
  • Identify the training needs of Supervisors & provide/facilitate the training inputs to equip them with the required skills & knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Holding a bachelor's degree in business.
  • Experience in budgetary preparation & planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and written English skills.
  • Able to work as per business needs & implementing new plans/routes.
  • Familiar with FMCG industry work routine.
  • Must have competencies such as: Proficient in team management, leadership skills, displays initiative, can work to target & deadlines.
