Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Location: Riyadh Summary: Tabashir is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the B2B market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding expectations. Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, lead generation, and networking activities. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and demonstrating how Tabashir’s solutions meet these needs. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight Tabashir’s value proposition and address client concerns. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress and adapting strategies as needed. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation initiatives and overall sales strategies. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success. - Use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage and track client interactions and progress through the sales cycle. - Prepare and deliver sales reports to management detailing progress, challenges, and insights. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive activities, adapting sales approaches to maintain a competitive advantage. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the B2B sector. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in using CRM systems. - A proactive approach and a dedication to achieving goals. - Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
