A secretary is required to work for a leading company in the field of contracting, possessing high organizational skills and proficiency in English. The tasks include: organizing appointments and meetings, managing correspondence and documents, coordinating with various departments, and preparing periodic reports. Proficiency in Office programs and the ability to work under pressure is required, with at least two years of experience in executive secretarial work. Dealing with the accreditation platform and preparing technical reports in a very professional manner.
