About Raffles The Red Sea
Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, positioned in the kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access to two nature-focused resorts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Supervision & Quality Assurance: Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house areas. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure adherence to Raffles cleanliness and brand standards.
  • Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Ensure guest rooms reflect impeccable attention to detail. Address guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns promptly and discreetly.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and motivate housekeeping attendants to uphold Raffles service culture. Conduct daily briefings and provide on-the-job training.
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Standards, Safety & Compliance: Enforce grooming, hygiene, and workplace safety standards. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and environmental initiatives.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Housekeeping within a luxury or five-star hotel environment. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, exceptional attention to detail, effective communication, and time management abilities.

Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years in hard services operation and maintenance.
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role within building facilities or FM environments.

Training:
  • Health & Safety awareness training.
  • PPE usage and site safety procedures.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
  • Practical knowledge of MEP systems including electrical distribution, HVAC, pumps, piping networks, and RO systems.
  • Ability to read drawings and schedules.
  • Basic computer literacy (CMMS, MS Excel).
